3rd year Food Science and Psychology

Hi! My name is Julia and I’m in my third year of Food Science and Psychology, and I am one of two VP Media this year! I joined M4MH last year as I am passionate about helping myself and others improve mental health and succeed throughout the year. I am excited to be able to spread awareness about the importance of mental and physical health and well-being to students during the school year.

Salut! Je m'appelle Julia et je suis en 3e année de science alimentaire et de psychologie, et je suis l'une des deux VP media de cette année! J'ai rejoint M4SM l'année dernière car je suis passionnée par l'idée de m'aider et d'aider les autres à améliorer leur santé mentale et à réussir tout au long de l'année. Je suis ravie de pouvoir sensibiliser les étudiants à l'importance de la santé mentale et physique et du bien-être pendant l'année scolaire.
